Our adviser, Rob Wynan, combines his broad technical expertise with integrity, patience and a genuine interest in understanding your circumstances and needs to help you build a bright, secure financial future and achieve your financial goals to ensure that your retirement is how you dreamt it would be.
Many financial Advisery practices are tied to financial institutions (such as, banks) meaning they will often sell their own products rather than the product suited to you.
As we are independently owned and not affiliated with any financial institution, our relationship is with you, and our financial advice and services are tailored to your financial needs. We utilise a broad spectrum of investment vehicles and products to work towards your goals without any commercial bias.
Unfortunately, it is possible to operate as a qualified financial adviser with minimal qualifications, with some operating with very basic training only.
Rob, on the other hand, has a broad range of qualifications. He is a fully qualified Accountant, Financial Adviser and Credit Adviser. He has over 36 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis and tax, both in public practice and in corporations. As such, his background provides a deep and broad understanding of issues such as tax that are integral to Financial Advising.
He is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with CPA Australia; a Certified Financial Adviser (CFP); a member of the Financial Advising Association of Australia (FPA); and a Credit Adviser and member with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
Rob has a Bachelor of Business degree (majoring in Accounting and Computing) a Diploma of Financial Advising; and a Diploma of Mortgage Broking. Rob also undertakes rigorous and ongoing professional development to ensure that ‘best-practice’ procedures are utilised.
Your first meeting is at our expense and obligation free. As the first meeting is about ascertaining your financial goals, any relevant documents that you can provide will allow us to build a greater understanding and chart a course to reach them.
We provide you a comprehensive and independent assessment of your current financial arrangements and work out a plan on how to get to where you want to be.
